Understanding the Readings
The Owlet Sock has 3 main readings: baby’s movement, oxygen level, and heart rate.
Movement
When your baby is moving and we cannot get readings, these wiggling feet will appear.
Movement can impacts the quality of readings, so rather than notifying you unnecessarily, the readings and notifications will be momentarily paused until we get quality readings again.
Oxygen Levels
Oxygen levels refer to how much oxygen is in the blood. The Owlet Sock is designed to notify you if this reading dips below 80%.
Heart Rate
Heart Rate is indicated as beats per minute (BPM). The Owlet Sock is designed to notify you if this reading dips below 60 BPM or rises above 220 BPM.
