Owlet Smart Sock Launches in Target Stores Nationwide

Now available in over 1,700 locations and at Target.com

August 8, 2018 – LEHI, UT. Owlet Baby Care is pleased to announce its partnership with national retailer Target. The company will be launching its flagship product, the Owlet Smart Sock baby monitor, in over 1,700 locations around the United States and online at Target.com. In-store displays will be available at many locations showcasing the product, which has helped give parents peace of mind since 2013.

Founded by a team of parents, Owlet Baby Care’s mission is to empower parents with the right information at the right time. Its one-of-a-kind product, the Owlet Smart Sock, uses technology called pulse oximetry to track a baby’s heart rate and oxygen levels and is designed to notify parents if those levels fall outside the preset zones.

“We are thrilled to be part of the Target family because they share our commitment to supporting families and communities,” says Owlet CEO Kurt Workman. “Our mission is to get our product in front of as many families as possible to educate them on safe sleep practices and raise awareness about infant health and wellness. Aligning with this amazing brand and Target’s widespread retail footprint will help spread our message even further.”

Owlet Baby Care has been recognized by top parenting media and its Smart Sock product has been featured in BabyCenter Moms’ Pick Awards, Babylist Best Baby Products, The Bump Best of Baby Awards and What to Expect Best Baby Awards.
